We’ve grown up on hamburgers with 80 ingredients and tacos buried in cheese. In so many ways we have lost the intuition of eating. This food blog is meant to separate ingredients through deconstructed recipes so your body can learn how to feel and know ingredients again and relearn its intuition.

After following keto hardcore for four years and getting scared of sweet potatoes and then paleo for four years and thinking cupcakes made me suicidal I’ve taken a more intuitive eating approach. I believe the only person who truly know what you “should” eat is you.
