We’ve grown up on hamburgers with 80 ingredients and tacos buried in delicious cheese. In so many ways we have lost the intuition of eating. Blissfull Eating is designed to showcase ingredients, have you smell spices and interact with food as your create it so your body can learn how to feel and know ingredients  and relearn its intuition. When you can taste every ingredient in food you learn to trust your instincts, create food you love, and feel how food affects you.

After following keto hardcore for four years and getting scared of sweet potatoes and then paleo for four years and thinking cupcakes made me suicidal I’ve taken a more intuitive eating approach. I believe the only person who truly know what you “should” eat is you and that true bliss goes beyond cupcakes, and it can also include them
