Can Food Bring us Sanity?

by SI-Ya Ray

What is sanity?

The feeling of the brain completing the idea of speaking? Of remembering where you put your wallet.

Sanity is being able to adapt and function to the world around us.

We are the most evolved and adapted creatures on this planet. And yet, we aren’t able to adapt to life.
We lose our memories like keys. Time is taken as our brains stop functioning at the front and in the gut, where we store and then signal up our memories.

The brain is no longer a mystery to us. In ways it always will be, but now we can see mental disorders. We can see that people with autism, ADHD, depression, Alzheimer’s, OCD and everything else actually have different brain structures. Either lower activity or actual sections of the brain function differently.

So why are our brains changing at such rapid rates that aren’t for the better, that won’t progress our species, and even make us suicidal, the brain telling us to get off the food chain and stop those genes from continuing?

Well, look at the only other thing that’s changed as quickly.

Food.

The very thing we function on. The thing meant to provide the nutrients to our imaginations and our ability to math.
